Awamori is the oldest spirits in Japan.
It's made from a hundred percent natural materials which are rice, black Koji mold and water.
KIKUNOTSUYU distillery, is located Miyako island in Okinawa, southern prefecture of Japan, has been producing awamori since 1928.
Like scotch whisky, awamori turns to Kusu (old awamori) by maturing.
